Inform Scotland on the news
Inform Scotland billboard campaign and fundraiser featured on RT UK News
RT UK covered our Inform Scotland poster campaign quite fairly, including comments from the tiny minority of people who did not think it was a good idea. The BBC declined to cover the Inform Scotland story. It is noteworthy that OFCOM has fined RT UK in the past for bias – but despite the overwhelming evidence of bias on this site, OFCOM is not permitted to either investigate or fine the BBC for bias in the same manner.
BBC is the only station under law not to be regulated by OFCOM for bias – and it shows badly in BBC Scotland. Our campaign at Inform Scotland is about shedding light on the importance of journalistic integrity and impartiality from one of the world’s biggest broadcaster’s who claims to operate by these standards but whose actions show otherwise.
Inform Scotland acts as a bridge for people who have little awareness of the existence of an alternative narrative to what they regularly hear on BBC Scotland or read in the so-called ‘Main Stream Media’. We want them to help them cross the bridge and see for themselves what’s really going on.
